The Northern Land Council is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to undertake the provision of front desk administration services and general support for the NLC Darwin Head Office Reception Area.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will support the smooth operation of the front desk by responding to phone and face-to-face enquiries, assisting visitors, and managing the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries. You’ll engage professionally and respectfully with a wide range of stakeholders, including constituents, visitors, and contractors, while performing general administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting other office functions as required.
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with front desk team, follow all organisational policies and procedures, uphold confidentiality and the Code of Conduct, and participate in performance development and ongoing training. You will also contribute to a safe workplace by adhering to WHS requirements and promptly reporting hazards or incidents within the specified timeframes.
